Titles, Characters and Plots, oh my
What's worse than coming up with a title and character names? Having to come up with movie titles and movie character names within the same book. Of course, currently there is "Action Movie Title" and I think one of his names is going to be "Hero's name". It's NaNo, people. I can't worry about the details right now. :) Back to NaNo sprinting.

Ah yes, the ever elusive character name. Even when not sprinting through Nano by characters can be very shy about their names.
Currently, I have 3 characters, flower delivery boy 1, 2, and 3. At first it was a place marker, now I think it's rather funny. Of it could be NaNo brain by this point.
Good luck with the titles (I shudder at the prospect) and character names. Maybe in December, when you've had a moment they'll come to you.
Even my non-NaNo novels are full of that sort of thing, usually in all caps so I can't miss them on revision.
[NATIVE AMERICAN NAME HERE]
and
[INSERT VERSION OF ANANSI THE SPIDER STORY HERE]
and so forth.
No sense pausing for details when the muse is upon you, right?
